1. What is a Wall sticker?
A wall decal is a removable wall decoration made of adhesive vinyl that features your custom photo or image. You can upload your own photo from Facebook, Instagram or your computer, or choose an image from our wide catalogue of artwork. Great for sprucing up your home, office or dorm walls, wall stickers are removable, reusable and will not leave a residue on your walls.

2. Is a wall decal safe for walls?
Wall decals can be removed or repositioned repeatedly without smudging or damaging your display surface. The décor is fit for flat, hard walls and surfaces.

3. What is the difference between fabric, canvas and metal prints?
The difference between fabric, canvas and metal prints is the medium on which they are printed on, as well as the printing process itself. We offer polyester fabric, canvas and metal materials to print your custom imagery and graphics on. Both the fabric and metal print use a two-step dye sublimation printing process with a large format printer and heat press, whereas the canvas prints are produced on a large format digital printer alone. Both the canvas and metal prints have a slightly semi-gloss finish. The fabric results in a fairly matte output.

4. What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PDF, TIFF, PSD and AI files, though we print from JPEG files.

5. How large of an image do I need?
The better quality image you can provide us with, the higher quality print we can produce for you. How large of an image you need for a quality print depends on the size of your final product. Each custom order receives a free electronic proof which is created by one of our Account Executives, who will notify you if your uploaded artwork is not sufficient.

6. Can I use a photo taken from the internet?
Generally, photos taken directly from the internet are low resolution and will not print clearly. You are responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload to Wallzaz have the proper releases and/or permissions needed to be turned into a personalized print. Please check with the website and/or photographer if you are using a professional photo for your print. We also offer a wide selection of quality images in our gallery from which you can choose from.

7. What if there is a problem with my photo?
Each submitted art file is reviewed once the order is placed. If for some reason there are issues with your artwork, one of our customer service representatives will contact you. If not, you will simply receive a digital proof to approve.

8. Can I cut my wall decal?
Wall decals are safe to cut with scissors. Wallzaz does not provide cut-outs for its wall stickers.

9. How do I remove my wall decal?
Removing or repositioning your wall decals is easy. Simply peel the sticker off by carefully and slowly pulling from one end to the other.

10. How do I clean my wall decal?
If your wall sticker becomes smudged or compromised, you can wipe it with a damp cloth. By trying to avoid dust from collecting underneath the wall decal, you can help prolong its life.

11. What is your return policy?
Since Wallzaz sells custom products made specifically for each customer, no refunds will be issued unless there are defects in the original material or workmanship. Under no circumstance will an installation error be considered a defect. We stand behind our products and are sure you will love your custom signage and wall decals from Wallzaz. 12. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Wallzaz has a 48 hour turnaround time after proof approval on all custom orders. We then ship from our facility in Cleveland, OH. Shipping from Cleveland to anywhere in the continental U.S. can take 1-7 business days depending on where the final shipping destination is located.
